There are some things to consider if your desk is not working right. It may be that the handset is now faulty, the control box is faulty, or the desk just needs a bit of cleaning and recalibration.
If your desk lowers but won't raise, you need to check the cable connections first. You can unplug all the cable connections, clean the ports and replug them. When connecting cables to the control box, make sure that you hear a "clicking sound". This means that the locks for the cord and the port are secured.
Once all cable connections are secured and there are no obstructions under your desk, bring your deks to the lowest point possible. You can recalibrate your desk afterwards.
